Questions? Answers!
Here are a few things you might be wondering about. If you have any further questions, let us know!
We primarily partner with Gelato, a global print-on‑demand network with Canadian fulfilment locations. A select few items are printed with Printful. When you place an order, the item is printed and packaged by a local production partner to reduce shipping time and environmental impact. Each item is made individually — nothing is mass‑produced, and nothing sits in a warehouse.
Most Canadian orders are fulfilled within Canada, meaning faster delivery and no unexpected customs fees. If a specific size or colour is temporarily unavailable locally, the printer may route production to the closest available facility.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping time of 3–8 business days depending on your province. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.
Yes! International orders are printed as close as possible to the destination country to reduce delays. Shipping times vary by region, and customs fees may apply.
Because orders go into production quickly, changes must be requested within 6–12 hours of purchase. After production begins, we can’t modify sizes, colours, or designs.
Each item is custom‑made just for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, colour, or preference. Please check the size guide before ordering.
If there’s an issue with your order — misprint, damage, wrong item — we will replace it at no cost. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
If your order is lost in transit or hasn’t moved on the tracking page for several days, reach out to us. We’ll work with our print partners to investigate and, if needed, send a replacement.
Our print partners use direct‑to‑garment (DTG) printing, which offers excellent detail, vibrancy, and durability. Gelato uses water-based printing inks and works with print partners committed to sustainable practices; final production varies by location.
Most garments may shrink slightly after the first wash — this is normal for cotton apparel. Washing in cold water and hang‑drying helps maintain fit and longevity.
